For over 25 years, my career has been defined by communication, leadership, and offering professionals what Po Chung and I called Service Leadership training, or a "Service Detox." This was about running a Service Leadership triage to help people perform better. We supported executives, directors, founders and more find better ways to handle challenges and external crises. Then AI arrived.
For years, we would say that since AI is coming, we must be MORE human. There will always be a need to help people, one-to-one, handle challenges and crises that come up. These often happen internally.
I am excited to share that I am adding more training to my toolkit, specializing in Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
Why? Because your "mindset" isn't this vague mental dimension that everyone has. Instead, it’s a performance metric.
For example, after my own experience with recovering from severe head trauma and two other near-death experiences, I understand what a powerful recovery asset we all have in our mindset... How we apply our thoughts and attention. I chose the Hypno-CBT program because the approach is strictly evidence-based and scientific. No mumbo-jumbo. Just factual tools that really work.
I’m not trading my business experience for crystals and astrology. What I am doing is combining my corporate experience with the clinical trials training I've had and now the clinical tools to help high-achievers rewire their response to stress, burnout, performance anxiety, negative self-talk, and other behaviours that get in the way from being at our best
My goal: I want to help people gain the mindset and mental resilience that is as structured and practical as a strategic planning process put into action.
