Is this different from traditional hypnotherapy?
Traditional hypnosis is often associated with clinical settings or stage shows. My approach offers a different, professional, and science-backed methodology tailored for high achievers and people who are trying to be at their most competitive in our new AI era. My work to help professionals "Be MORE Human" is to combine tools from CBT and hypnotherapy that create practical strategies for improved behaviour. The work process is entirely conversational in that we use Socratic dialogue to explore and find new paths that are designed for rapid, measurable results.
How much time does this take, and when will I see results?

I understand the demands of high-stress schedules. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which can take months or even years, the hypnotherapy-CBT approach begins to change behaviour from day 1. Most clients report a noticeable shift in clarity, stress levels, and focus after their very first session. After assessing and setting goals, and planning our strategy, we can set life-long habits within 3 to 6 weeks.

Can a student also benefit from this – is it safe?

Absolutely. Today's students face such high levels of academic pressure, imposter syndrome, and exam anxiety. Made worse when we face a world where many of the jobs we study for today may not even be around by the time you graduate! My specialized protocols use safe, deeply relaxing techniques to reach deep learning, focus, and memory retention. You remain in complete control throughout our entire session. This is simply a tool to help you build your natural flow state and be calm, relaxed, and confident across your whole life.

Will I lose control of my mind or actions during a session?
​
There are many myths around hypnosis, and being under someone's spell is probably the most common myth of all. Simply, the answer is a definitive no. All hypnosis is ultimately self-hypnosis. You are wide awake, fully aware, and in complete control of your mind and body the entire time. Think of being in hypnosis as simply being in a state of intense, even hyper-focused relaxation. Ever been completely absorbed in a great book or a movie? That's a kind of self-hypnosis! Just as no book can force you to say or do anything against your will or values, there is no way that I can make you do anything you don't want to do.

How do we get started, and how do I know what is right for me?

First, we start with a complimentary Discovery Call. We'll meet, you can decide if the fit is right, and then we can set our first assessment and skills training.

All conversations and information you share are completely confidential. Depending on your needs, you may be offered self-driven hypnotic suggestions that more fully anchor your new mindset. The profound and lasting performance improvements are meant to quickly happen so that you can get on with living a full and joyous life. My goal is to quickly give you what you need so that you can stop hiring me and get on with living your extraordinary life!
