For more than 20 years, I have helped executives get the right information so that they can make the best decision. This began in Communications, shifted to include Service-Network Leadership training and consulting, as well as cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy.

I trained in Clinical Trials Research Methodology at the University of Hong Kong, which informs my evidence-based, scientifically validated approach, mindset, and protocols.

In 2006, I began working with Po Chung, the late Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of DHL International (the global courier). For 15 years, we developed training for leaders and professionals from around the world.
I have more than two decades of experience supporting C-Suite/YPO/WPO and other leaders to make better decisions and live the Good life. This experience led me to apply Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, formally trained through the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, and this has helped me work with people from all walks of life to live joyfully.
Reflecting my scientific, evidence-based, and business-minded approach, I have an MBA and a degree in Clinical Trials Research Methodology, both from the University of Hong Kong.
